I aim to ship items within 2 working days of receiving payment unless stated otherwise in my shop announcement. I always try to ship economically. If the actual shipping cost is less than the amount paid for shipping, I will refund the difference.

Shipping in the UK is by Royal Mail Signed for Second Class post or DPD. Delivery should take 2-5 working days.

Shipping in Europe should take 3 - 5 working days.

Shipping to USA and the rest of the world should take 5 - 10 working days.

All shipping is tracked. Shipping outside of the UK is expensive for items over 2kgs and/or bulky items, and the price has recently increased considerably. I always refund the difference between actual shipping cost and the amount charged at checkout. If you purchase more than one item, I can combine the shipping cost and will refund any excess shipping cost charged at checkout.

Etsy collects VAT from EU buyers if the shipment excluding delivery and taxes is less than or equal to 150€.For orders over 150€, VAT and duty will be collected from the buyer by the postal carrier.

I ship in plastic mailers, and try to re-use and recycle where I can.

Vintage means old and often used, some fabrics will have seen more use than others, this adds to the charm and character of the item. I always use fabrics that are clean and in good condition. My bags and pillows are made at home in a pet and smoke-free environment.

Gift-wrapping - Please leave me a message at the checkout if the item is a gift, I will giftwrap it and I can include a hand-written label if you let me know what you would like to say.

• Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Data Retention

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, we use Mail Chimp as our marketing automation platform and Apple iCloud for information storage. Both are Privacy Shield certified.
